Or if you prefer for a fee of $175.00, we can prepare a desk top valuation range of your proeprty, which is an automated valuation analysis of your property based upon the information you provide us coupled with documented sales within your neighborhood or if you live in one of our service areas, for a fee of $225.00 we can perform a complete drive-by appraisal of your property.  Both of these products are CERTIFIED APPRAISALS completed by a Licensed or Certified Appraiser.
