The fee for a cyber-appraisal of one family homes is $75.00

The fee for a cyber-appraisal of a condo or coop is $75.00

The fee for a cyber appraisal of a two family home is $100.00

The fee for a cyber-appraisal for a three family home is $125.00

All other property, call for quote.

All payments are made by credit card (No Discover Cards)
